Meet our founder
Our founder is Amsterdam-based young professional Sela Graaven. She finds joy in empowering women around because she knows what a difference it makes to have women in your comfort who cheer you on and offer support and guidance. Sela missed a diverse community of ambitious women growing up, that’s why she created one. While managing her community she fell in love with connecting women around her with each other and guiding them out of their comfort zone towards new career opportunities. Sela being Sela she knew had to use this newfound passion and skillset to support and connect female creative talent. Not long after, she started WSM Agency.
